Ever been to a Jerrys- anywhere? Purple neon, orange lights, cork siding, slightly louder than other restaurants soundtrack- that's a great pop channel? It's all here, in the latest corporate iteration of the chain. The place was somewhat clean (Tables very clean, floors dirty), even though we arrived after lunch hour rush. Had a Philly cheesesteak(of course), and a sausage pepperoni pizza that was very good. So. Only complaints? No front door fly curtain; some flies had gotten inside, and we had to keep shooing flies off our pizza.

So horrible on soooo many levels. Nasty dirty run down looking place I didn't even want to put my hands down on the counter. Overpriced horrible i guess you could call it a cheesesteak. Tiny little dried up cheap steakumm looking thing that was way overpriced. Never ever would i stop in there again.

The food is decent. Management is very rude and condescending at times. And if I pay for extra cheese, I don't expect a regular barely there amount. There are better Jerry's locations in the area...

Service is slow and unfriendly. A robot would have been more charming than the person who waited on us. When. We finally got our food it had no flavor. Ordered TNT steak sub and a meatball sub. Jerry's is not out favorite sub but the others we have been to were much better.

I go to 3 to 4 Jerry's locations regularly, overall I've been to 25 different locations - so I'm obviously a fan of the franchise. This review is specifically about this location. You can tell they really try to give you by far less meat, cheese, toppings etc... than the other locations. Also they are the only location reluctant to offer you a free water cup, which news to them, is required as a restaurant establishment. Unfortunately this is the one closest by work. So I'll continue to pay for extra meat and cheese just to get a decent sandwich that isn't completely all bread. Not always the freshest quality here either. But the 2nd star is the fact that they never have any lines.

The food here is not bad but the service was another matter. At lunch a few days ago I had to wait 10-15 minutes for my meal -- partly because I did not hear my number called. I eventually inquired about it and was told that they had called my number quite a while ago. By the time I got to eat my sandwich, it was lukewarm. The sandwich had been kept behind a raised counter so there was no way I could have seen that my order was ready. The staff was completely unapologetic -- apparently they feel that calling a number once in a loud, busy environment is all that is needed. While there I noticed another customer wait about 15 minutes and he actually had to change his order from eat-in to carryout because he needed to get back to work.

Decided to visit this location today to order lunch around noon (take-out). I ordered a large Italian sub with everything on it and it was terrible, the lettuce was yellow (old), the meat was super salty and the sub roll was very hard and seem to be toasted which I did NOT ask them to do. I have never had a sub that tasted this gross in my life and the few other locations that I have been to the food has always been great. That was $10 that went right in the trash because I could eat it.

Food was good and our take-out was ready quickly. I've been multiple times for take-out, and each time the workers weren't friendly, which is why I rated a 3 instead of a 4. Place seemed clean but then again, we weren't there long.

I have worked across the street from this location for over 4 years. We Used to order lunch at least once a week for delivery. The food was usually good, typical Jerry's fare. On March 12th, we placed an online order at 12:04. Our food arrived, from ACROSS The street at 1:25? it took an Hour and 1/2? What's more, I get they Must have been busy, but they could have just called and we would've sent someone to pick up lunch. Next, I sent an email to Jerry's "headquarters", and received a reply email. The reply email stated we would receive a "coupon" in the mail? Of course, that never showed up. Seriously crappy customer service. Haven't eaten there since, Will Never give Jerry's our $ again!

C.A.P....this stands for Cheap @$$ Pizza. How can you claim to be Washinton's best pizza and serve this crap. Jerry's is the reason why Pizza Hut is still open. I got a sausage and pepperoni pizza....it tasted old. There was cheap cheese on it. And it was covered in grease. The best thing about it was that the pizza cost $5. So I guess I got what I paid for. I would advise you to go here if you're hosting a kiddie party. Not if you're grown.

This place seems really mediocre to me. The prices are pretty much normal, the quality of the food is pretty average, and the workers friendly. The atmosphere is cheap, like a darker version of the inside of a Subway, and the tables are probably not very clean as it looks like they maybe wipe them off with a rag once or twice a day. There was also a fly cruising around up near the register/order area. I got the crispy chicken salad and ordered it to go. It was around $7 and I seriously waited like 5 minutes standing up near the counter for them to make it. It's not a bad place, but it's not a good place either. I haven't been back, the other options in the area are just better. I haven't had their subs or pizza so I might not have gotten the full experience but I assume that the sandwiches at Mike & Barry's Deli down on Prosperity have got to be waaayyy better than the ones here, and in the same price range. Also, it can be tricky to find parking here at lunch time.
